Jesus Diaz Vico

Jesus Diaz Vico worked in research and development at IBM Research Zurich, BBVA Next Technologies, Redsys, and the Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute before joining IOHK in 2021. He earned a PhD in applied cryptography from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (UAM) in 2015, an MSc in information technology from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid in 2010, and a degree in computer science from UAM in 2007. Jesus researches new cryptographic primitives and their application in the real world, mostly in the area of privacy enhancement.
