Oksana Halby

Oksana Halby has been a lecturer in project management for software engineers and data scientists at degree level and beyond, and earned her own master’s in software engineering at Carnegie Mellon University in the US. She has coordinated multidisciplinary teams at start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in the technology industry, as well as for government and academia, in the US and Europe. She leads the improvement of program policies and procedures, and is a mentor in the principles of program management and continuous improvement. Oksana joined IOHK in 2021.
