Oleksiy Shevtsov

Oleksiy Shevtsov is a cryptographer whose research interests include distributed consensus protocols and their security, public key cryptography, and cryptanalysis. He was awarded a PhD in post-quantum public key cryptography from VN Karazin Kharkiv National University in Ukraine, having obtained his master’s in information technology security at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. Oleksiy has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals. He joined IOHK in 2016.
