Olsen Dhaba

Olsen Dhaba received his degree in software engineering and economics from Addis Ababa University in his native Ethiopia, and started his career by setting up a tech and entertainment start-up. He moved on to strategy consulting as an analyst and worked on projects that aimed to transform Ethiopian agriculture. He had a role in the design of a project that used remote sensing for crop modeling and took part in an implementation management platform that optimized planning and reporting for more than 20 projects. Olsen is passionate about digital transformation and fast-paced businesses. He joined IOHK in 2021.
