Philip Chang

Philip Chang began his career in Silicon Valley where he co-founded a start-up that created one of the world's first software as a service (SaaS) solutions. At Wikipedia (as part of Wikimedia Foundation) he worked with self-organized communities and more recently participated in the complete transfer of control from Maker Foundation to MakerDAO.
